The two-year M. Sc. in Physics (Applied Electronics) Post Graduate Course was initiated in the year 1984 and M. Sc. in Physics (Materials Science) was initiated in the year 2009. M. Sc in Electronic Science Post Graduate Course was initiated from the year 1997. M. Sc. in Physics (Condensed Matter Physics) Post Graduate Course was initiated in the year 2019.  M. Sc. in Physics (Energy Study) Post Graduate Course was initiated in the year 2021.
